all the ups and downs lately have left me a little more than exhausted.maybe that's why i need my long runs more than ever.running in the rain is good; the nagging after that is worth every step of it.sighsigh. the cold weather sucks terribly, especially when i'm not running.it's even cold indoors, brr. trust me to forget my windbreaker on extremely cold days.when my legs aren't running, my nose is. now we know how much i love mother nature.selection camp tmr and saturday; i'm crossing my fingers that everything will go well, and that everyone will be injury-free!been seeing the j1's prepare, and they're really serious.. so i really hope that they'll show us their bestest. yupp.+++飞翔的感觉
